2020 Special

Every year we grow a selection of super hot chili varieties and produce a limited number of bottles of this sauce. Each year we make one or possibly two batches and each batch is slightly different depending on the available chili. This year’s edition includes Carolina Reaper, Dorset Naga and Bhut Jolokia.

This sauce is VERY STRONG.

Ingredients:

Gotland chili, acetic acid, apple cider vinegar, onion, water, sugar, garlic, salt.
