Gotland Dressing
Gotland Dressing is an appreciated Gotland classic. A salad dressing with a taste of mustard and garlic that can also be used to advantage in, for example, potato salad, gravlax sauce and marinades.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed oil, vineger, garlic, water,mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, sugar, salt and spices.
