Marinade – ramson
The flavourful marinade is embued with a mild wild garlic taste that goes so well with chicken and pork. Marinate for a few hours and then brush on during grilling. Enough for about 1.5 kg of meat.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed oil, sugar, tomato paste, vinegar, ramson (5.6%), salt, garlic, onion, spices, celery.
