Ramson Dressing
The main ingredients of mustard oil, rapeseed oil and ramsons are all locally grown delicacies.
Our mustard and rapeseed have gently cold pressed by us to produce the finest virgin oils.
– We use as much Gotland raw material as possible. Ramsen (aka wild/forest garlic) grows abundantly in the wild on Gotland and has a herby fresh taste.
Ingredients:
Water, rapeseed oil, mustard oil, mustard, sugar, white wine vinegar, salt,spirit vinegar, ramsen, garlic, spices, emulsifier (E412 och E415), preservative (E202 och E211).
