Christmas Mustard
Traditionally Swedish – Christmas Mustard with Apple & Orange
A sweet, fruity artisan mustard, traditionally made for the Christmas table. We blend local apple juice and orange juice with the season’s locally grown mustard seed and a careful mix of spices. The result is medium in strength, rounded and full of flavour, with a few whole seeds for texture.
Spoon it alongside roast Christmas ham, glazed with our honey mustard, and add it to the cold cuts, cheeseboard and festive sandwiches.
