Marinade – Chili & Garlic

A hot and flavourful marinade that goes well with chicken and pork. Marinate for a few hours and then brush on during grilling. Enough for about 1.5 kg of meat.

Ingredients:

Canola oil, sugar, tomato paste, vinegar, salt, chilli (1%), garlic (1%), onion, spices, celery.
